This Refund Policy applies to any paid products or services offered by Unlimited Homes LLC and its renovation subdivision, Fix It or List It (“we,” “us,” “our”). Free services—such as online home evaluations, property listing searches, and initial remodel consultations—are not subject to refund, as they are provided at no charge.

2. Paid Services

When you purchase any of the following, this policy governs your right to request a refund:

  • Remodel Design Packages (custom plans, drawings, material specifications)

  • Staging & Marketing Services (professional photography, virtual staging, premium listing boosts)

  • Deposit for Renovation Projects (initial deposit > 10% of project value)

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Late Cancellations

    • Requests made after the window above may incur a 50% cancellation fee, calculated on the total paid amount.

  • Non‑Refundable Fees

    • Any third‑party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., specialized software licenses, permitting fees) are non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit Your Request

    • Email us at albertseara@bellsouth.net with your name, invoice or order number, service type, and reason for the request.

  2. Review Period

    • We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete processing within 7 business days.

  3. Refund Method

    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

5. Changes to Your Order

  • Modifications to scope or scheduling of paid services may be made up to 48 hours before the service date, subject to availability.

  • Any additional fees resulting from changes (e.g., rush scheduling, scope increases) will be communicated in writing before confirmation.
